Denesse has been with Epic since the beginning. She founded the business along with Todd in 1996. Denesse enjoys her job because she gets to work with people who are family. In her spare time she likes to go boating, camping, watch football and spend time with her husband, children, and grandson.

Bryant has been with Epic since 2012. He started working in the family business in high school and returned after graduating from The University of Alabama in 2016. He enjoys his job because each day is a new challenge and he gets to work alongside family. In his spare time, he likes to go scuba diving. Kayaking, and boating. But most importantly he loves watching Alabama football!

Master Plumber

My father was a Master Plumber and I started working with him when I was a little boy. At a young age, I realized that I enjoyed fixing plumbing problems and making customers happy! I was a licensed Journeyman Plumber when I was a senior in high school. I earned my Master Plumber License a year after high school in 1984. I also received my class A air conditioning license in 2001. My wife, Denesse, and I started Epic Services, Inc. in 1996.

HR & Communications Director

April has been with Epic since 2016. She joined the family business after attending University of Houston- Clear Lake and receiving her Bachelor's Degree. April enjoys her job because she gets to help her family business grow. In her spare time, she likes to read, cook, be outside, and spend time with her son and daughter.

Heather has been in the plumbing industry since 2011 years. Over 6 of those years have been here at Epic! The thing she loves most about her job is getting to know our customers and helping them every day! Heather is married with 2 daughters, 7 and 5 years old. The family has 2 dogs, Snickers and Twix. She is addicted to iced coffee and Target shopping! In her spare time, she likes to spend time with family in Fredericksburg.

Jake has been with Epic since 2018. Jake enjoys his job because he gets to build relationships with customers and loves being about to help them get their plumbing problem resolved. In his spare time, he likes eating, playing darts and BBQing.
